How does it work?

You visit our website and apply for an account.  Our team will go through the details and once accepted you will be able to view all prices and place orders.

Trade accounts are free and you can place orders at your own convenience.

You can sell our products either in your shop or on your online store.

Note:  We are currently not accepting applications from traders wish to sell our products on Amazon, eBay and Etsy in order to protect the reputation and image of our brands, by maintaining some control over how our brands and products are presented and sold. If you apply for an account and wish to sell on Amazon, eBay or Etsy, you may be notified by email that your application has been unsuccessful.  Should we find a trader selling our products on these platforms you will find that your supply and account is immediately terminated.

 

SHOP-BASED CUSTOMERS

Branded gifts:  These items must be bought as stock items for you to sell in your stop or ship to your customers.  Minimum order value is £100.  Free Carriage is £200.

Personalised gifts:  These items are available to order as and when you sell them. 

Simply order samples to display in your shop displaying your retail price point.  Take the order from your customer and place as a trade order, at trade price on our website at any time to suit you, day or night.  Your orders will be picked up by our production team the next day.   We can dispatch to your store for your customer to collect from you, or straight to the customer’s preferred address.

 

ECOMMERCE CUSTOMERS

Simply list any of our products on your website - at no cost. 

You can download our images to use on your site. It is a very easy process.

For branded gifts, all packaging and branding must be shown in images.

We request you write your own Product Titles, Descriptions and Categories to improve SEO, but you may use all other data copy such as dimensions etc.

Personalised:

As each order is made bespoke to your order (there are no MOQ for personalised).

You must ensure that all personalisation submitted is checked as accurate and as customer requires.  Please note it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the correct personalisation as we create the exact wording inputted on the website.  We can only recreate any errors at your cost.

You must ensure your customer is aware of the production times of the item they order.  Please advise store customers and please ensure production times as well as delivery timescales are included clearly on your website.

You must ensure the correct postal address details are entered as we cannot be responsible for redelivery costs.

We recommend that you keep your customers updated on any delays in production or delivery that we advise you of.

 




 

Is there a minimum order value?

Each personalised product is made to order, so there isn’t a minimum order but there is a MOV of just £100 for the branded wholesale gifts.

Is it possible to part ship items if they’re on different lead times?

There is one delivery address per order, therefore you are not able to order a branded gift collection for your store and a personalised gift direct to customer on the same order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to part ship personalised gifts.  If you order different personalised gifts with different lead times you must place separate orders otherwise you will receive them together once all gifts have been produced.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

An order can only be cancelled if it hasn’t yet gone into production in our studio, however to ensure the best possible and timely service, most of our personalisation processes move into artwork production immediately. Best practice is to contact us as soon as possible, so that we can advise on the order status and whether it can be cancelled.

Can we select a specific delivery day/time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery for specific days or times.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the UK only at this time.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

Every item has it’s own production lead time, please check before ordering.  Where this lead time may be extended we will contact you, otherwise you will receive your order according to the lead time stated and selected dispatch time.

Can I return an item?

Due to the bespoke personalisation we are not able to accept return persnalised items.  For branded boxed gifts, we will only accept a return and refund, if and when the items arrive back with us in perfect, resaleale condition.

How do I know if a gift is out of stock?

We will email you our latest product launches and updates including what’s out of stock, back in stock or discontinued.

What are the payment terms?

Personalised gifts must be paid for with the order.  First order for branded gifts must be over £100 and subject to pro forma. Thereafter, if your application for a credit account is successful, payment terms are strictly 30 days net from the date on the invoice.

Are credit accounts available?

Credit accounts are available for customers who meet our order volume criteria. Please contact our customer service team at sales@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paypal and invoices can also be paid by bank transfer. Our bank account details will be on all invoices that we issue you with.

Can I collect my order?

Please contact sales@thelovelygiftgroup with any request.

What should I do if my customer has an issue with their order?

We will of course respond and act immediately.  Please email the details to use, with photographs were necessary to sales@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Oh So Precious; Angels, Wings & Feathers; The Lovely Keepsake Company, Always Personal, Lovely Memorial Gifts and The Lovely Gift Group Wholesale are operated by The Lovely Gift Group Limited.  A company located at Unit 8 Jetpark, Main Road, Newport, Brough, East Yorkshire, HU15 2JU.  sales@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk.

You should check the website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.  If you do not wish to accept these or any new terms and conditions, after we have notified, you should not continue to use this trade website.

Wholesale Orders

You will only be able to view the trade prices when accepted as a trade customer. Once accepted, you will have full access to the website, including all account functions.

 

Ordering from us
You are deemed to place an order with us (i) clicking submit order via the website and (ii) submitting an order CSV/XLS file

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we receive the order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) The personalised message contains indecent or offensive language deemed to be threatening or defamatory.
(f) If there is outstanding payment on your account

Pricing
VAT will be included in the total price upon checkout. Our prices are reviewed periodically.

Delivery
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Dispatch will be made targeting the lead time stated on each product, and usually within 7 days of receipt of your order - dependent on product ordered and postal service selected at checkout.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we estimate, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We use reputable and trusted delivery partners, Royal Mail and DPD, but cannot be held responsible for final delivery once the packed order leaves our premises and cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

If your customers have not received your items, they must check with your local sorting office even if they have not received notification from your RM postman that they are holding items for you.

In the event that we reproduce an item for your customer and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the trade price of the reproduced product.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

Order Cancellations
In order to provide a fast service, some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your order on screen and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order you can notify us during office hours by email to help@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk but this can only be arranged if we are able to intervene prior to production.

Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled or changed once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the item price will still be charged.  If you still require an amend to copy or image beyond this point, you will have to order the item again, and we will assist with 10% discount off the price of the second order.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, a refund is not possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Incorrect item received
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact sales@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk, within 10 working days, quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Faulty item
If the item received is faulty, please contact sales@thelovelygiftgroup.co.uk, within 10 working days, quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Non-Personalised
Only items that are not personalised can be returned for a refund within 30 days. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We would recommend sending items by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.  Due care and attention must be paid to the re-packing of the item and it must arrive with us in the condition it arrived with the customer as any damage in the return postage will result in a refund being refused.

Colour
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.

Intellectual Property
We reserve the right and ownership to all designs created, whether exclusively for you or otherwise, to sell on your website. You may not reproduce any design originated from The Lovely Gift Group onto any product or material for the purposes of financial gain or reputational enhancement.  If the relationship ends between The Lovely Gift Group and yourself any designs that have been given to you remain the property of The Lovely Gift Group and cannot be given to any other company to produce on your behalf. 

We may suspend or cancel your account immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer
Although we strive to give advance notice on any updates or product changes, unfortunately unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent us from doing so in a timely manner.  We are continuously working on our communication processes to ensure that this is kept to a minimum.

The material on this website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with this website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to this website.

Liability

If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom and Eire. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom and Eire, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

Miscellaneous
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended as granting any persons who are not parties to these terms any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
